on tap at hotel belveder, železná ruda. amazingly disorganised staff at this place so it was a real relief when my beer finally came. a dull honeyed golden with a march snow head. utterly still, mild aroma of rockmelon, quite a soft mouthfeel, honeyish, hints of grass, vanilla and mild bitterness. obviously is decently made but needs a bit more hop profile to be interesting

Slightly hazy golden coloured, medium sized white head. Fresh hoppy, grainy mild fruity taste with notes of rice and honey. Mild bitterish hoppy finish and aftertaste. All three beers from Hotel Belveder were very good.

Jun 30, 2008 On tap, Hotel Belveder. Poured a slightly hazy amber/gold/orange (hah) body with a thick fine medium sized head that went away at a medium pace. Lazy streams of carbonation. The nose is grainy, almost husky, some hay and wood... sweetish. A fine taste, fruity...banana, maybe a bit agrumey. Nice hopiness and a fine grainy maltiness. Rice crispies in the aftertaste. I actually liked this. A good Bohemian pilsner.
