(Bottled, 5% ABV) Hazy amber with a small, but lasting head. Aroma of toffee-biscuity, grainy malt, some banana-citric fruitiness, and hints of yeast and vegetables. Fruity and malty flavor with some peaty smokiness (especially in the finish), some solventy notes, spices, medium bitterness, a bit harsh. Medium, neutral body with quite low carbonation. The solventy notes vanish with yeast, making the flavor actually quite enjoyable - especially for a 5% brew. Not bad.

Aug 15, 2008 Bottled (from Cracked Kettle, Amsterdam). Reddish amber colour with mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruits, flowery hops as well as mild yeastyness. Also some pine and mild wooden notes. Flavour is wood, spices, some yeast and green apples. Mild alcoholic sting too. Spices, wood and yeast in aftertaste.

Aug 3, 2008 (Bottle, BB 02/09) Pours a cloudy dirty golden brown body with a small off-white head. Aroma of apple, yeast, floral, sulfur, and caramel. Flavor of caramel, apple, yeast, and noticeable alcohol for a 5% beer.

Aug 2, 2008 bottle thanks to bu11zeye. murky brown pour with a ring of cream froth. nice floral notes on the nose along with fruits. easy on the palate with a good malty flavor and a very smooth taste of fruits and yeast.
