Tastes of sweet malt up front, very smooth clean finish. Very little bitterness, just a tad light in body. This is probably the easiest drinking "black" beer I’ve ever had. Very nice. Aroma of sweet, malted grains and mellow hops. Big and roasted with the malts. Like a porter that’s much more hop driven. cathcacr (588), Portland, Oregon, USA
