| 1.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | May 23, 2003 Head is initially small, fizzy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is clear
medium yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (grain), with light notes of
apple, medicine, and DMS. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic,
lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, moderately
bitter, unclean. Light to medium body, watery texture, fizzy
carbonation, lightly alcoholic. Something's rotten in Rochester.
Surprised this isn't sold exclusively in 40oz bottles. Radek Kliber (3986), Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), Ontario, Canada

| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Sep 18, 2003 Updated: Jan 11, 2004This brew poured a large head of mostly lasting fine to medium sized white bubbles that left behind a good lacing and a transparent softly carbonated light orange brown colored body. The aroma is a mild malt hop one and its mouth feel is smooth with a slight bubbly tingle. The flavor is very mild with notes of malt and some slight hops. It is not a real notable brew, but not a bad one either. It would be good on a warm summer day after mowing the lawn. egajdzis (3636), Spring Mount, Pennsylvania, USA

I had it out of one of those mini kegs. Dark brown color, malty caramel smell. I was impressed. Rich and malty, well maybe not so much rich, but did have a nice caramel chewy malt that I was able to play around with in my mouth without it dissipating in a watery death as usual. Not much more to it than malt, but a good smooth american ale. This is not a blond ale. RERATE. Ok i havent yet rerated this, but just putting this as a disclaimer. I must not be thinking 12 horse, what i tried does not fit everyone elses description. I will retry as soon as possible. hotstuff (3176), Indiana, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 7/20 | Oct 12, 2003 There is nothing special about this beer as it was blase and lacks character. It had a medium sized white head that was smooth and creamy. It contained fine-small sized bubbles that mostly dissipated. The body was clear with carbonation observed and the hue was gold. The nose was malty and there was not much flavor with this beer. The mouthfeel was smooth, thin-watery texture and light bodied. There was a fair amount of lacing.

| 1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 1/5 | 2/10 | 1/5 | 3/20 | Jul 28, 2003 Clear, light amber with a little yellow in it. Vanishing head with one string of bubbles rising to the top. Fruity (apple) aroma. Very watery and lightly carbonated. Has a slight alcohol bite, maybe because the flavor is so thin, the alcohol is so noticeable. Some cabbage-like notes, maybe even celery too. Not very good at all.
