Draught at 1516 Brewing Co. Vienna. Notes from July 08. Pours orange with a frothy white head. Aroma of bread, caramel and light fruity notes. Flavour is caramel, bread and hops. Quite thin for a cream ale. A light bitterness in the finish.

Seeing a beer called a Canadian Cream Ale in Vienna was a surprise. Not too many cream ales in Canada. Definitely not the best of Canadian styles. Average at best. Little embarrassed. I hope foreigners don’t see this as the best of Canadian beers.

Tap @ 1516 Brewing Company, Vienna. Pours hazy beautyful orange with a white creamy head. Aroma of grass, dough and some caramel. Mild and creamy, with a sweet flavour with notes of dough, some fruit - and finishing of with hops.

Tap @ 1516 Brewing Company, Vienna.
Pours muddy, orange amber with a medium, quite staying yellow-light-beige head. Aroma is grassy (lots of Amarillo), light sweet caramel and doughy malts. Fine creaminess, a little thin. Flavour starts watery with some butter. Dough, some apple. Super dry and bitter finish. Quite nice.

Fad på brewpubben. Lys orange let uklar i farven med holdbart hvidt skum. Dufter af abrikoser og gær der er også noget muggent. smager lidt lakridset og af frugter og citrus. Den er lidt kedelig. Let karboneret.

Draught at the brewpub
Dark yellow, hazy color, small creamy head. Flavor is firts light grainy with notes of wort, citrus and dry herbal bitterness. Aroma is fresh and light yeasty. Hints of fruit and citrus. All in all a bit unbalanced and light bodied.
