Poured with ice... A clear, darkish golden with a small, staying, frothy, off-white head. Aroma is rather sweet, red apples. Okay mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Flavour is pretty sweet, and the apples are very subdued. Instead a spicy sweetness emerges, lots of dark Belgian sugar and cinnamon (like LU Bastogne biscuits). Still, spritzy, cold and fresh on a VERY hot day in Vienna.

Jul 30, 2008 Tap @ 1516 Brewing Company, Vienna. Pours nice golden with a little white head - WITH ICE!! Aroma is sour. Low carbonation - Nice flavour of apple, some caramel that finishes it, but does not make it sweet.

Jul 16, 2008 Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy nutbrown - white head. Berries ,dark berries, apples, rubber, light rotten, applejuice, vanilla. Strange for a cider - but nice.

Jun 30, 2008 Fad på brewpubben. Mørk rav, uklar og med et pænt hvidt skum. Let syrlig, gummi, æbler. lidt råddent og mørke bær.
Let karboneret. Smager bedre end den lugter. Brygget med "weissbeer-gær" og er Wiens første cider.
