Dogbrick (2813), Columbus, Ohio, USA Apr 10, 2009 Updated: Apr 22, 2009On draught at the brewpub (as Irish Red). The beer is a dark reddish amber color with a medium thick and foamy beige head that dissipates steadily. Patches of lacing on the glass. Mild malt and fruit in the nose. Medium body with a pale malt and fruit flavor coupled with faintly bitter hops. The finish is sweet caramel malt with a fruity aftertaste. Simple and average overall. ogivlado (3036), Zagreb, Croatia Mar 29, 2009 Draught at the brewpub as 1516 Irish Red.
Ruby/red coloured, medium sized off-white head, too much smoke in the brewpub to feel the nose (light floral fruity I suppose). Weak roasted malt, very fruity and mild toffee taste with flowery notes in the finish. Quite sweet and unbalanced beer. Geiserich (1775), Vienna, Austria Jun 23, 2004 Updated: Aug 9, 2005Draught Fruity sweet aroma. Very dense creamy withe head, beautiful rubin red color. Very strange fruity flavor like cherries, sweetness and a light dry astringent finish. A bit unbalanced, unspectacular beer.

Creamy head, nice red/bronze color. Aroma is fruity and sourly. Flavor has much fruity sourness, some roasted malt notes and a decent dry bitterness. Nice, but to much sourness for me.
