Pours hazy, pale, neon-yellow with a big, staying, frothy, white head. Aroma has wonderful banana, light herbal touch. Okay, light mouthfeel. Flavour is very fruity, lots of banana, lightly herbal, grainy finish with slight oranges-like tartness. Clear hoppy presence at the far end.

Oct 4, 2008 On tap at the brewpub. Deep gold in colour, slightly cloudy with a big white head. Aroma of grainy malts, spice and citrus fruit. Flavour had plenty of orange fruit, lemon tartness, light spicing and green herbs, with a decent dry finish. A distinctive wheat beer.

Jun 30, 2008 Fad på brewpubben. Let uklar gullig med lille hvidt skum.Dufter og smager af banan og gær, appelsiner og noget krydderiværk. Brygget med noget der hedder quinoa flager som er økologiske, aner ikke hvad det er.

Jun 14, 2008 Draught at Falstaff Bierfestival 2008 (Vienna): Aroma with intensive notes of banana and bubblegums. Hazy yellow color, creamy white head. Intensive banana and clove note. Medium bodied, fresh and light sweet. Remarkable, dry hop note and a dry finish. Very nice wheat.
