Cask (Guide Dog, Southampton) - Amber in colour. Malty aroma with a hint of fruit and a faint hint of aniseed. Malty and fruity taste which is nicely balanced.

Cask at the Eastbourne Beer Festival, 11th Oct 2008. Clear amber. Weak malt aroma and a similar taste. The added wheat is evident and makes it feel quite heavy bodied. Feel stronger than 4.2%.

Cask at GBBF 2007. A hazy amber beer with a thick off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with strong notes of honey as well as a light flowery hop note. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of flowery hops and honey, leading to a dry hoppy finish.

Cask@GBBF2007. Deep golden colour, not a that big white head. Aroma is pleasant, and hold some fruity hops, nectar, vegetables and slight wooden notes. Flavour is wooden, hoppy and quite grassy. Not too wellbalanced, and quite watery.
