Bottle... Clear, yellow lager with a mid-sized, fizzy, white head. Grainy aroma with notes of boiled pilsener malt, corn and chicken or turkey stock. Sweet, malty flavor with notes of honey and lemon. Medium-bodied and ultra-creamy with lively carbonation. Finishes lightly sweet, but fairly crisp and refreshing.

Bürgerbräu, golden colr, with a white head, honeyish pale malt nose, with a hint of corn, with a faint floral hop accent in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a crisp sweet crunchy grainy pale malt character, with a hint of vanilla a mild flowery hop leafy note, leading towards a malty, lingering hop bitterness finish. A nice quenching pilsener.

Sep 30, 2008 Light bronze with fluffy head and constant upward carbonation. Easy, clean, crisp grain in the nosing. Refreshing scents with hint of malt. The flavor is likewise, clean, crisp and easy-bodied. Grain and some malt. Subtle and nuanced. Refreshing. This is the rare quality pilsner.
