Nov 1, 2008 Pour is a cloudy yellow body with a thin white head. Sharply tart with lemon and maybe some peach skin. Refreshing and delicious.

Oct 30, 2008 Updated: Dec 11, 2008Brewed in Germany.....Pours a sweet golden color with a dissipating white head. Tons and tons of carbonation in this classic style. Aroma of lemons, citrus, and very tart candy. Taste is zesty and sour with a wheaty malt mouthfeel. This brew was a wonderful suprise. And i would like to try more of the berliner weisse style.

Oct 29, 2008 Smell is lemon, wheat, yeast, fruits, and some tartness. Look is cloudy with a light white head. Taste is a light lemony tartness with hints of wheat and other citrus. Dry and refreshing.

Oct 27, 2008 golden with quickly disappering head. slight spicy and definitely sour nose. thick mouthfeel. flavor is greatly unique with an initial fruity ester flavor from the yeast with a very refreshing tartness from the lactobacillus. a beer that was perfectly fermented, benefitting from proper yeast manipulation to balance the lactic acid. a great brew, from an under-appreciated style.

Oct 19, 2008 .5L bottle. I don’t have a "bowl" style glass so I used a Trappist glass which seems like a similar shape. Lightly hazed green-gold liquid topped by a half inch of foam that settles down to a thin capping. Smells of lemon, wheat, tart like a good saison. Crisp dry wheaty flavor, some lemon, a touch of sourness. Intense carbonation nips at the tongue and throat quickly scrubbing away any flavors that were just there. Definitely the best Berliner Weisse that I have had so far.

Oct 16, 2008 Crystal clear 10 karat pour with a nice fizzy head that diminishes quickly...decent amount of sticky lacing. Aroma is tart, sour, lemony and a bit of malt. Flavor is sweeter than others in the style...not quite as "bright and refreshing" as it should be. Average.

Oct 11, 2008 1pt 9fl oz: Clear yellow pour with two finger, frothy white head. Very soft nose offers some lacto sourness with a touch of wheat. Very unassuming. Crisp, tart body leads with light peach and pear esthers, followed by a quiet dose of wheaty malt. Leaves a tart lemon lime feeling on the back of the tongue. This is a tough one to analyze. It is crisp and refreshing, flaw-free. Very drinkable, but just not that much there. But I guess that is the point.

Pours clear, pale golden with a nice, frothy, fizzy, white head. Aroma is lightly tart, lemons, apple and some funk. A bit weak mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Flavour is okay, light sour and citric with some sweet wheat. Well, it is never a 3,67 beer, but drinkable.
