Mar 31, 2008 Bottle. Pours a clear pale yellow with faint head. Aroma is lightly sour and faintly wheaty. Flavor is lemony, tart and citric, far more sour than the first bottle I had. Moderately sweet in the finish with some light mineral type flavors and additional fruitiness. Still in appearance though lively and heavily carbonated in the mouth. Pleasant overall to drink and quite refreshing.

Mar 30, 2008 Updated: Jan 15, 200950cl bottle poured into a long, thin glass. Small, fizzy bubbles abound. Kind of subdued, slightly sour aroma with an impression of peaches. More sour peaches in the flavor, very dry and tart. Highly carbonated and dry, perfect mouthfeel for this style. Highly refreshing and very good.
Edit: This has improved after 6+ months. Really a softer a better mouthfeel, and more richness in the flavor.

Mar 30, 2008 gold with some haze, big white head. Aroma is citrus. Flavor is citrus fruit and wheat. Heavy finish, lots of wheat. Lighter and refreshing. I really like this style!

Mar 26, 2008 bottle thanks to Oakes. Hazy pale tan color. Audible fizziness makes it a fun beer to listen to. Sour tang of yogurt in aroma and flavor both. A little on the fizzy side but overall a fun drink.

Mar 25, 2008 Pours a hazy golden with a rather large head that recedes quickly. Aroma is lemon and wheat, sour and tart. Taking a taste, yup sour and tart. Interesting, good, but not what I look for in a beer.

Mar 22, 2008 MMMMMMM Very pale hazy straw color with a fizzy white head. Aroma of a raw honey sweetness, wheaty wanginess, and a sour yeasty funkiness. The flavor is much the same as the aroma , sour, tart, fruity, wheaty, crisp, and very refreshing. This was a very pleasant surprise, bought on a whim with no expectations. I will definitely buy again!
