Nov 1, 2007 cloudy straw hue with quickly dissapating white head, it has sour wheat aroma, with hint with orange. the flavor is a almost lambic like sourness mixed with wheaty texture. finishes bitter sweet.

Nov 1, 2007 Pale yellow with a cloudy head. Aroma is wheaty with bubble gum and banana only with some sourness in there as well. Flavor is tart and creamy. This is a good representative of the style.

Nov 1, 2007 Bottle. Pours a hazy golden/straw color with a med-sized bubbly white head. Aroma is yeast, straw, sourness and some other funkiness. Somewhat dry and light, but very refreshing. Could probably drink this all day. Some fruity flavors, with some yeast and a little spice. Very glad I got to try this.

Oct 26, 2007 Pours out a hazy pale yellow with a thick white head that dissapears almost instantly after foaming up. Smells slightly tart and sweet. Funny, this reminded me very much of the smell of apple juice. Yeast is also present. Tastes is tart and very acidic. Wheat is present but an apple flavor is still comming through. Very crisp and refreshing beer, one of the most refreshing I have ever had. I liked this one a lot, and excellent blend of fruity flavor and tart dryness.

Oct 26, 2007 Bottle (500ml). Cloudy yellow, huge foamy white lasting head. Sour fruit, yeast, funky spice, I get the lactic character. Oh, my that’s nice - light wheat beer, with mildly acidic fruit (strawberry!), and lemon sourness and yeast .... really pleasant. Light body, carbonation and acidity, quick finish, but while it’s on your palate it’s a nice ride.

Oct 26, 2007 Bottle: Pours a hazy golden with a fizzy fading head. (When you swirl the bottle and disturb the sediment it gets even more murky and cloudy) Tart, earthy aroma. Light hint of barnyard, sharp quality wheat malt, lactic notes, sour apple skins, and yeast. Lively, high volume carbonation. Crisp body with a nice wheat malt presence. Tart fruity notes of sour apple skins and a slightly vinous quality. Lactic hints, and light yeasty notes. This is a great thirst quencher and extremely well crafted example of the style.

Oct 22, 2007 0.5L bottle. Unfiltered and yellow in color, white fizzy head. Aroma of peach, orange, and green banana. Flavor is of tartness and malt. Slight cereal flavors in the finish. A bit strong for this style but still refreshing.
