Sep 23, 2007 Pours a mildly hazy pale yellow with a frothy two finger head that fades quickly to a thin cap. The lacing is a bit thin, leaving just a few rings behind. A little later the foam almost fades completely away.
Smell; this has a wheat malt dominated aroma at first, but as this warms up a bit some lemons, tart apples and a slightly musty aroma come out.
Taste; the wheat flavor is not quite as strong as i was expecting after the nose, but there’s still enough to let you know that this is still a wheat beer. A mild mustiness come through in the middle followed by tart lemons and a bit of honey. Not quite as tart as I was expecting for a Berliner weiss, but still pretty darn good.
Mothfeel is light to medium bodied with a light carbonation that helps make this a refreshing warm weather beer.

Aug 4, 2007 Bottle. Pours a hazy pale golden with a short lived one finger white head that leaves some lacing. Aroma of wheat, lemon, yeast , light banana, and a hint of vanilla. Taste is the same as aroma. Medium creamy mouthfeel that finishes dry and tart. Very good.

Nov 14, 2007 16.7 oz. bottle pours a hazy pale gold with a foamy white head that settles moderately quickly. Aroma of lemon, light grain, and honey. LIght body with lively carbonation, quite clean with an acidic dry palate. Tart and sour with little sweetness, but that is how it should be. Very refreshing, drinkable, and quite enjoyable.

Sep 18, 2008 Pours a hazy golden in color with a small off white head. Aroma of lacto sourness, grain, tart fruits. Taste is nice and tart with a moderate amount of lactic sourness- tart citrus, wheat, sour apple. Carbonation is lively, and the body is a bit more than I am used to in Berliner Weiss’s, but this is good stuff.

May 26, 2007 Bottle. Poured a hazy golden pale color with thin head. Funky aroma - sweaty gym socks, lots of funk. Flavor is funky hops, bananas, very sweet. A nice wheat character present. This was a ncie after dinner drink, very enjoyable. A little complexity going on.

Aug 1, 2007 RBSG 07. A slightly hazed yellow pour with a very white head. An aorma of corriander and yeast. A tart flvor of bitter apples. A nice smooth palate that is just a tad fizzy but good. A very refreshing drinker that is very clean.

Oct 26, 2007 Pours out a hazy pale yellow with a thick white head that dissapears almost instantly after foaming up. Smells slightly tart and sweet. Funny, this reminded me very much of the smell of apple juice. Yeast is also present. Tastes is tart and very acidic. Wheat is present but an apple flavor is still comming through. Very crisp and refreshing beer, one of the most refreshing I have ever had. I liked this one a lot, and excellent blend of fruity flavor and tart dryness.

Sep 26, 2007 A beauty of a pour, looks like a solid Belgian with its golden fizz and cloudy body. The aroma is pleasantly pungent, the sort of whiff you might get from a solid pinot grigio or something. But the taste is just rocking, with a very crisp and refreshing core that’s shot through with a lovely sour apple flavor (maybe pink grapefruit, depending on your mood). Awesomely refreshing and just complex enough to satisfy the beer geek in all of us.
