Discreet aroma of hard roasted malt and licorice. Rather light in body with a low carbonation - due to the nitro - and hence a soft mouthfeel. Notes of licorice and hard roasted malt, but also a light fusty edge. Has a light malt bitterness in the finish. 100709 yespr (12427), Copenhagen O, Denmark

Classic nitro pour. Hardroasted and dark malty aroma, light coffeeish. Creamy mouthfeel. Quite sweet and toffee roasted caramel malt towards dark breadish. A bit thin in the mouthfeel for the finish but with a nice lingering roasted malt flavour and light bitterness coming through. omhper (12299), Stockholm, Sweden

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Feb 19, 2006 Very dark brown colour. Lightly roasty, chocolatey aroma. Light, mainly chocolatey character with just a light hint of roast. Smooth and creamy. The malts legitimize the nitrogen. Well-balanced. bb (2941), Martinez, California, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 30, 2006 Draft. Brown/black beer with a creamy beige nitro head. Light roast/coffee aroma. Light roast/toffee/coffee/caramel malt flavor that lingers. Just a bit of bitterness. Medium bodied. The flavor is just a bit too light for me. pivo (2537), Germany
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 25, 2002 Roasted coffee smells and an opaque brown/black color. The roasted malts give a nice tar or tabacco-like taste. A little thinner than I’d have liked, but over really nice. I liked the head from the nitro tap too. Great place with great fries.
