This is a witbier made with an american wheat ale influence. A medium bodied, full flavored ale with wheat and toast-biscut in the foreground, and coriander and orange peel in the finish.

Draft. Hazy amber beer with a nice off-white head. Wheat and light citrus aroma. Wheat, light lemon flavor with spice - corriander and some definite ginger. medium-light bodied. Wheat, and light citrus linger. Slight astringency.
