Jul 7, 2007 Updated: Jul 27, 2007Standard strong clove hefeweizen taste. Ok, but not great. squeezed the lemon in it to cut the annoying spiced taste. just like every other hefeweizen you’ve ever had. boring.

Dec 12, 2004 Called House Hefeweizen. Hazy blonde with a pleasant banana aroma and bubble gum. Sweet wheat and bubble gum in mouth, very nice. Medium bodied. No slugs in mine. (June 2004).

Jul 8, 2004 Fresh, citrus aroma with banana notes. The bartender put a lemon slice in the beer before I could stop him, but, although I could smell some lemon in the aroma, it didn’t ruin the beer. Very cloudy, yellow body. Virtually no head. White to off-white head. Not much lace. Good wheat flavor. Very solid wheat.
