Growler from brewery. Pours copper, nice white head. Nice hop aroma. Good bitterness in the front, smooth going down. Very good.

Draft at brewpub: amber colored. Very similar compared to the IPA, just slightly lighter. Remarkable complexity for such a light beer.

Draft at the brewpub. Orange-amber with a thin top. The aroma is nice! It comes across with a brewery-nice sweet and orangey aroma. A schtuffy brew with a musty hop, mild malt, ESB-ish feel, if light. (#3413, 4/11/2008)

Drank it on tap at the brewery. Medium golden color, hoppy pine aroma, too watery, needs more body. Easy to drink. A hoppy lager.

Draught at the brewpub. Clear amber, minimal head. Rich citric lychee aroma. Swetish and light bodied with clean hard mouthfeel. The lovely seemless is in sharp contrast to the hard, primitive malt character. There’s notes of metal in a finish with medium bitterness.

On tap at brewery. Pours a clear deep gold with white head and mild lacing. Nice crisp hop aroma that jumps out at you. There’s citrus grapefruit hop bitterness and faint malt sweetness in the nose. Great session flavor with fresh grapefruit hop bitterness that isn’t too crazy bitter but about right. The bitterness hits then midway it tastes very fresh and almost green with wet hops. At the finish a mild malt sweetness joins in. There is a mild grapefruit hop bitterness that lingers into the after taste.

On tap at brewpub. Half pint. Hempy, Simcoe hop aroma with a little huskiness. Simple, but nice. Transparent orange-golden body with an off yellow head that is pretty small. Some light husky grainy maltiness is present to start. Middle is thin, watery, and without much body. Finishes with plenty of piney hempy Simcoe-ish hops. Quite hoppy and flavorful, but the lack of malts, body, and alcohol make this not overly enjoyable.

On tap at 21st Amendment, June 2007. Clear copper with a white head. A big rush of fresh PacNW hop goodness in the nose. Light session beer with a boatload of hops. Notes of light toffee, light malt heft along with a prominent cascade/centennial hop characater. Medium/light bodied with fine-beaded carbonation. An "IPA Lite" - quite drinkable and enjoyable.
