(On tap) Pale amber colour with a white head leaving laces. Very floral - almost perfumy - aromas with an incredible freshness. Very light in body, weak flavours of nuts but otherwise completely dominated by the fresh aroma hops. A lovely session beer. 190307

From tap at the brewpub. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is mango and grapefruity hops. Light bodied with a solid citrusy fruity hops base flavour. Bitter and citric finish. Lasting dry and fruity finish, no sweetness at all.

Draught at the brewpub. Clear amber, minimal head. Rich citric lychee aroma. Swetish and light bodied with clean hard mouthfeel. The lovely seemless is in sharp contrast to the hard, primitive malt character. There’s notes of metal in a finish with medium bitterness.

At NorCal Brewers Guild Festival at Raley Field. Pleasant smell of piney hop. Coppery gold color with a disappearing white head. Starts with strong grapefruit, trailed by a hint of pine. Malt is not in it. The finish is refined grapefruit, and the bitter lasts.

Draft at the brewpub. Orange-amber with a thin top. The aroma is nice! It comes across with a brewery-nice sweet and orangey aroma. A schtuffy brew with a musty hop, mild malt, ESB-ish feel, if light. (#3413, 4/11/2008)

Draught at the brewpub Clear and sparkling golden. Creamy white head. Grassy, slightly yeasty, aroma. A bit thin body. Fresh with a very high bitterness.
