Beer is nearly opaque, very dark warm brown with a small, off-white, frothy, mostly lasting head.<P>The aroma is malty with a heavy note of roasted grain, moderate coffee note; Moderate hop note of resin/pine.<P>The flavor is lightly/moderately sweet, moderately bitter, light/moderately acidic with a long light/moderately bitter, lightly sweet, lightly acidic-feeling finish.<P>The body is medium, the texture is watery/velvety and the carbonation is lively.<P>IMO, nets out being all roasted grain and acidity.
