Bottle at Akkurat, Stockholm Beer Festival 2007, after festival RB night
Hazy golden color; creamy head. Amazing aroma: malt, wet wool, brie cheese, light leather, cork oak, dust, light grapefruit, mushrooms… Aggressive, extremely astringent, some sourness, with a light mix of citrus fruits (tangerine and grapefruit mostly). Very bitter.
Complex and dreamy.

Bottled: Hazy orange coloured. Light white head. Earth, tart, sourness and some grapefruit notes in the aroma. Flavour is the same. Very citric and acidic. Is perfectly balanced. Like the Druiven Lambic this is cleaning the palate in a phenomenal way. I could drink these lambics for days.

0.75 bottle at Akkurat, Stockholm (according to my notes this was 50/50 mix of Drie Fonteinen and De Cam, but I was pretty loaded at midnight after a day at the beer Festival). Thanks oh6gdx and tbone_! Hazy yellow brown color. Strogn acidic lemony and grapefruity aroma. Lemony and grapefruity flavor with wild yeast bitterness.

Pours hazy orange with a foamy disappearing white head. Sour but not tart aroma with grapefruit notes. Full and complex with a good dryness. Heavy tart flavor with lots of grapefruit specially in the finish. Very fresh and extremely tasty.

750ml bottle at the <a href=http://www.ratebeer.com/Place/sweden/s target=blank>Akkurat in Stockholm, Sweden. Hazy golden orange in colour, lasting moderate sized white head, nice lacing. The aroma is sour, musty and acidic upfront, earth, some cheese and citrus come in next. The flavour has a moderate sourness, citrus (lemons, some orange peel, minor grapefruit), some old cheese, woody, musty. Sour mouthfeel, medium body, high carbonation.. Finishes with a mild citric bitterness, acidic, dry. Quite tart. Really good stuff. Excellent balance between the sourness and the sweetness, very drinkable.
