Bottled. Hazy yellowish orange colour with huge fluggyish bubbly head. Aroma is fruits, yeast, spices and some caramel malts. Flavour is fruits, yeast, fudge, some grass and spices. A quite wheaty feeling to it in the finish and aftertaste, along with quite burning spices. Pleasantly balanced Belgian blond.

(3/10/08) On tap at Drie Fonteinen restaurant in Beersel. Slightly hazy golden with a big but rather quickly-diminishing white head. Aroma of yeast, spices and some fruits. Sweetish flavor with a bit of malt, some yeast, a bit of spices, some banana and apple. Medium-bodied. A bit boring but ok, a typical Belgian Blond.

Bottle, 33 cl. Retasted yesterday. Light hazy orange-amber color with a creamy head and good lacing. Aroma bit citrus, fruity notes, yeast, malts. Medium body. Taste yeast, malts, little sweet, dry end, bitterness. Nice brew.

Bottle: Poured a murky blonde with a bubbly white head. The aroma is a soapy fruit with yeast and spice. Taste is a nice orange peel with fruit, there is suttle spices that warm the tongue. Finish is almost like a weizen with yeast.

Golden beer with a big white head. Looks nice. Smells sweet, like vanilla, honey, caramel. Flavor is very sweet. Lightly dry finish with a touch of alcohol. Pretty lively carbonation. Tasty in a simple way, no major flaws, but not very interesting. People who don’t mind sweeter beers may get much more out of it.
