Flavor was surprisingly hoppy with some citrus, more cereal, grass, and earth. Finishes slighly bitter with a mild sour citrus punch. Good. rudolf (1783), Buffalo, New York, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Apr 9, 2008 Violent pour from the bottle results in a large, lasting head & a slightly coudy glowing gold body. Nose is grassy & lemony hops, a solid, lightly toasted malt backbone. Strange to say but that malt is ’spritzy.’ Flavor is hoppy - grass mostly, then a rich maltiness, lemon, caramel, a hint of butteryness. Big body. jerc (3954), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Floral hoppy aroma, sour wet hay. (6+) Hoppy flavour, pleasant bitterness, tangy, hoppy grassy notes (6+) Average palate. Ok, but I don’t crave a second one. | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 19, 2008 Bottled. Poured clear brighter golden (hazy with the last pour) with a tall, sticky cap of white head. The aroma picked up bright, fresh, enjoyable lemony notes over soft bread and straw.. just smelled refreshing. The flavor had a little too much sour lemon in there, but was otherwise nice.. bready sweetness at the core with a spicy, dry yeast that worked well in here.. very refreshing dry, sour finish. Lighter-bodied and crisp on the palate with just a bit too much sourness.. long impression for a pilsener on the finish. Solid stuff. thornecb (1805), Marblehead, Massachusetts, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Mar 18, 2008 Pours bright yellow into a shaker. Fluffy bright white head leaves spot lacing as it recedes to tophat and skim surface. Lactic caramel aromas. Crisp and fruity with a lasting sour hop finish. jehoey (766), Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 1, 2008 Drank at a little pub in Beersel. Aroma was bready, but I still a little ale like. Definietely some fruitiness still in the aroma and the flavor. Pours a golden color with a big head that leaves lacing. Flavor is nicely balanced, bready and fruity. Palate is mediumed bodied. Flavorful, and easy drinking. MiP (9157), Sřnderborg, Denmark
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 29, 2008 Bottle, 5.2%. Weak citric aroma. Almost clear golden colour. Nice stable white head. The flavour is citric with some malt. It seems to have a hoppiness which is citric and fruity without being superb. Clean finish. beerinmarch (2829), Washington, USA
