(Bottled) Very hazy yellow-golden color with a small, fading head. Strong and sweetish, wheaty aroma of banana and very little spices. Wheaty, somewhat acidic and sweet, banana-fruity flavor. Some alcohol can be felt in the finish. Medium-bodied, slightly foamy-carbonated palate with a thick feeling because of the high particle count. Quite sahti-like for a witbier. Different, and not bad at all.

Hazy pale yellow with small white head. Aroma has sweet yeasty banana (De Dolle like) and spices (maybe coriander). Light to medium-bodied. Palate is also quite light, otherwise this would be a tasty beer: banana sweetness, some spices, mild alcoholic kick. Quite carbonated.

Bottle. A very spicy (cloves/pepper) aroma with moderate banana/peach as well. Light yellow with small head. Clove flavor primarily with only slight banana ester flavor. On the watery side.

Golden colour. Some unripe sour apple character but overall I found it soft and a bit thin. Slightly sweet finish. High on drinkability, low on excitement. Middle of the road. Bottled at the Joet London gathering, January 2005.

An unclear orange beer with a nice white head. The aroma is sweet and wheat and so is the flavor, though in the flavor there are mixed in notes of caramel.

Pours cloudy yellow with a foamy fast dying white head. Weird aroma of sweet candy and herbs. Sweet flavor, rather thin and watery, with tones of hay. Not very interesting.
