| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 27, 2004 Bottled. Purchased from Drie Fonteinen. Hazed blond with a tall foamy white head. Nose is spicy, riddle with fruit aromas, light wheat/grain notes, and mild yeasty notes. Taste is a pleasant witbier with citrus, healthy spice profle, wheat and more yeast. Perhaps notes of bubblegum and cinnamon. Body is well carbonated but rather light on the tongue and is definitely refrshing. Finish is strong spice, banana, orange peel, wheat yeast and a stronger bubblegum presence. Nate (2551), Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA

Aroma of apples. Sweet taste, cider like taste This is almost like a medium dry cider. Interesting if this is indeed the basic lambic brewed in a conventional top fermenting manner.
