Bottle from Only Fine Beer. Hazy blond colour with slim white head. Aroma is spicey, yeasty and pineapple. Refreshing and light bodied. Taste is spicey and grainy with some citrus. Dry finish. Not bad.

Bottled. Purchased from Drie Fonteinen. Hazed blond with a tall foamy white head. Nose is spicy, riddle with fruit aromas, light wheat/grain notes, and mild yeasty notes. Taste is a pleasant witbier with citrus, healthy spice profle, wheat and more yeast. Perhaps notes of bubblegum and cinnamon. Body is well carbonated but rather light on the tongue and is definitely refrshing. Finish is strong spice, banana, orange peel, wheat yeast and a stronger bubblegum presence.

Light bitter lemony wheaty aroma. Mild hops and sweetness. Mild hazy amber with pillowy white lacing head. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Wheat beer flavor, some estery bubblegum, mild citrus. Finish has some light sweetness, no acidity, and light bitterness. Mild wheaty after.

Bottle from The Wine Company, Slough. Very interesting beer. Aroma of apples. Sweet taste, cider like taste This is almost like a medium dry cider. Interesting if this is indeed the basic lambic brewed in a conventional top fermenting manner.
