Bottled. Golden colour with huge creamy slightly off-white head. Aroma is caramel, fudge, some citrus fruit and mild spices. Also some notes of wheat and yeast are there. Flavour is citrus, wheat, some spices and toffee/fudge. Different witbier, and I quite like this one.

Bottle 33cl.
Unclear medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lancing, fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, citrus notes, moderate to heavy yeasty, rubber gum. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (230508)

Bottle: Golden with a medium white head. The aroma is light citrus fruit also contained hints of spice and wheat. Taste is nice with a citrus white beer taste to include that wheat finish. Just enough carbonation to keep the taste bud lively.

A mellow, flavorful witbier with moorish qualities. Interesting history too, as it is made by Proef for 3 Fonteinen. Tim Webb claims that it is a witbier "brewed to a lambic recipe."

Bottle. Hazy pale golden wih an eggwhite-like head. Fruity and yeasty aroma, also promising spices. Some alcohol as well. Sweet, bready flavours, hints of bananas and spices. Well-carbonated, full-bodied. An original wheat beer, wanting to a be a Belgian blond ale.
