Pours with a golden body and no head.
A nice dry aroma of citrus, humid cellar, dust and oak with some sweet hints hits the nose.
The flavour has a weak citrus sweetness but is mainly tart, some dustiness comes though along with fruity and woody notes.

Lightly hazy golden/orange pour with a thin layer of off-white bubbles that quickly disappeared. No lace. The aroma included strong oak, lemon tartness, stone fruit, and also some cheesy funk. The flavor was very woody. Upfront tartness, but not overwhelmingly sour. Medium-bodied and still. Refreshing despite the lack of carbonation. Aroma and flavor, mostly oak/wood, plenty of tartness fruits; apricot. Thin yeasty profile with low carbonation.
