Commercial Description:
Blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old lambic. Fermented and lagered in oak vessels. In this bottle the young yeast is brought to sleep ('ingedoesjeld') so the original lambic flavors are preserved. This beer has no head, just like lambic. The lambic is brewed with 60% barley, 40% wheat, last years hop

Pale amber color anywhere from clear to slightly cloudy depending on how much of the yeast you pour, and almost completely uncarbonated... Aroma of leather apple funk and oak... tastes of apple, lemon, wood, funk, a bit tart... quite flavorful, but not as sour or tart as expected, not as complex as some... almost reminded me of sour apple cider without carbonation... Not as refreshing as Gueuze should be...

Ho hum for sure. Poured a amber color with to much carbonation. Aroma was a ton of horseblankets and just barnyard funk. Flavor was much the same but was over spiced. Was just an okay brew.

[bottle] Nice golden copper color, with zero foam. Slightly hazy. Aroma is so damn interesting... kind of fruity, like "Smarties" candy or something, but real funky. Flavors are bracingly acidic at first, with plenty of fruity esters to fill things out. I personally like the fact that this is somewhat still, it helps you focus on the powerful funk within. Very nice.

Slightly hazy golden color. This is a very funky lambic. Lemon, bread, leather, hay, oak, dry, tart fruit. Tasty.

Bottle ’06 vintage: Golden color with a light haze. No real head to speak of. Potent aroma of fruity, sour, and tart. The taste is strong with mouth puckerin’ sour, tart, and fruity vinous notes. Getting a bit of that funky, barnyard thing too. Another fun gueuze.

(Half a bottle) Orange peachy color, flavor is very upfront with sour, sweet and bitter changing scenes. Aroma isn’t all that wonderful.

bottle, 06. Dark orange color with a few white bubbles. Wet hay, horsey aroma with a tart tinge. Light bretty flavors up front, plasticy phenols. Oaky, musty characters. Mellow tartness in the finish, with a lingering horsey component. Mouthfeel is a light medium, rather dry.
