Commercial Description:
Blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old lambic. Fermented and lagered in oak vessels. In this bottle the young yeast is brought to sleep ('ingedoesjeld') so the original lambic flavors are preserved. This beer has no head, just like lambic. The lambic is brewed with 60% barley, 40% wheat, last years hop

Bottle. Pours orangish with a small head. tastes like a beautiful grape vinegarette. Smooth, delicate with some green apple notes.

So this one seemed opened, just as the 2 before me said(since it was the same bottle). there was light sediment in the pour with a hazy dark orange body. There was no head. The aroma was obviously very fruity. The flavor was salty, very salty actually, and too fruity for me. It was also very tart and seemed stale. Just not that great for me.

Straight corked bottle.. no gas excaped and no pop - this made me a bit concerned. Pours dark hazy orange, no head, and no sediment. Mouth is thin and salty, farmhouse funk and orange tartness underneath reveals complexities. No carbonation, tasted stale, thin, and underdeveloped. Not pleased with this one, but so much potential.

Bottle. Thought this one was opened already or something, but reading the rest of the reviews I guess not. It pours a hazy orange, no head, no lacing. Aroma is nice, notes of vinegar. Taste is really sour, salty, and thin.

Ha! weak little "pop" when opened! Pours cloudy dark golden with a very thin fine white ring on top. Sweet and tangy aroma, dusty and stingy. Wheres the carbonation? Completely flat. Very sweet metallic up front taste, sour and tart. Delicious! A bit of grapes and apples. Acidic finish. Well balanced, but need some life! wake up damn you!

Murky, hazy, dark oranage color. Smells like a lambic, super sour, wet straw, and citrus. This is easily the sourest lambic i have ever hand, hands down. mouth puckeringly sour, just amazing!! It leaves you licking the inside of your much for more of the citrus, sour goodness, i loved it!

From miketd. So this is a weird lambic, as if its just too young. Is this like a Leorik before tis carbonated? Barely get that damn large cork out from a bottle with no gas. A still pour, no head and a thick orange color, medium clarity, cannot see through the beer. Aroma is strong signature 3F rubber with something I have not gotten before in 3F, almost like barnyard-bark-gelatin and plenty of brett. Taste is very light marmalade vinegar with lots of earthiness and light musk. there is even a bit of sweetness here which I would think will eventually get eaten up and carbonate this beer. Lightly drying for a lambic with no acidity and not even very sour. I don’t know, I guess I would prefer this to be carbonated but still obviously good.

Strong yellow color. Low carbonation in body, very tart but not sour. Acidic, yet somewhat clean and refreshing. Bud-light + musty aroma. Somewhat thick palate, but not sugary. Then just lots of good ol’ gueuzeyness. Fine but not great.
