From a bottle shared at the Grand Tasting during RBSG 2008 in San Diego. Lots of sour cherries in the aromas and sweet sourness in the flavor. An excellent lambic, one of my favorite of the day.

Tasted at the RBSG. Pink red with no head. Sweet fruit, raspberries, apple, and cherry sourness.

aroma was fantastically funky and fruity...color was blood orange and hazy. flavors were grittily fruity but not sour or funky enough. carbination on the low side. good shit though, but could be spritzier and funkier in flavor.

HogTownHarrys bottle, shared with great gusto with Harry and Blankboy. App: Cherry red, zero head, no visible carbonation. Aroma: SEXY! In fact, I had to censor this rating a little as I got a bit excited (I referred to hookers turned into ladies a la ’Pretty Woman’) Anyhow: Flavour: Sour cherry, bitter and sweet, like drinking a cherry cola whilst on LSD - simply superb.

This red lambic ale poured with a thin pink head and a fruity floral aroma. There is a sharp raspberry flavor that is both tart and mellow - very dry.

Bottle shared with Marcus and Steve at Toronado. Reddish/mahogany color with a minimal pinkish head. A nice sour aroma. Hard to pick up any raspbery. Near medium body with mild carbonation. It is smooth oaky sour. The raspberries are not overwhelming. It brings kalamata olives to mind. Astringent, woody and dry. But some sort of sour sugar hits the sides of the mouth in the finish.

Beautiful dark red body with a light pink head. The aroma is massive raspberries with some hay. There are also some leathery notes. The taste is very tart with some light raspberries behind it. There is also some leathery goodness behind that. A light clean body, this is not as overwhelming as I would have expected. Very nicely made with a dry finish.

Pours ruby red with an light red head bubbly head that dissapates quickly. Aroma of barnyard, wood, cherries, and raspberries. Taste is wood to start with the cherry and raspberry showing up in the middle with a nice tart ending. What a great balanced mix of flavors without anything overpowering the other. Thanks Grim!!!
