Apr 21, 2008 Hazy red coloured beer, very little carbonation and an average white head. Fruity, raspberry aroma with some light sour touches. Full palate. Finish is sour fruity, again that typical raspberry touch with some fruitstone hints. Very nice.

Apr 18, 2008 It’s incredible what 10 months has done to this beer. Extreme initial tartness has mellowed to reveal an amazing drink, an outstanding aperitif of sumptious fruit. 75 cL bottle pours a deep maroon-red, pinkish-white head fades fast. Huge nose of raspberry--real, fresh raspberry--with notes of lemon and bits of old goat cheese (wish I had some to pair). Incredibly juicy flavor, Intense but reasonable fruity tartness, with a wave of dryness bubbling out of the champagne-like mouthfeel. That real fruit reigns throughout.

Apr 8, 2008 Bottle Muddy, pink/red body (lots of pieces of raspberry). Head disappears fastly. Aroma is full of raspberry with some wood. Lightly bitter, heavily sour initial flavour. Moderately sour finish. Quite nice with an ok complexity.

Apr 6, 2008 Thanks to Jason for this one. Cloudy red color. Aroma is a sour raspberry fruit, much like yogurt and cheese. Flavor is a sweet sour fruity mix. Body is medium and plentiful.

Sour pie cherry nose with cheese, lactic acid, light berry and horseblanket. The flavor is lightly sweet, moderately sour with an enormous amount of sour pie cherries, lots of raspberry, some yogurt, cheese, melon and lemon. Medium body is soft with moderate carbonation. Finish is very long with a lasting pithiness.

Apr 2, 2008 On Bottle lot number 14/2/2007 so 1 year old. Very nice and not too sweet. A little sour but still splendid. This is a perfect good fruit beer. No sirup. And with reel lambic it is a very good combination. I love it
