2/14/207 Bottle shared by Matt. No head and very little carbonation. Funky raspberries and sharp acetic acid in the nose. Light acidic barn / raspberry flavor. Sour but there wasn’t a good complexity to the beer.

750 ml bottle purchased in May at Capones outside of Philly. Pour is mostly clear ruby, red brown with a pinkish white 1 inch head that falls really fast. Aroma of acidic waxiness, barnyardy yeastiness, and some raspberry fruitiness. Taste is tart and sour, very acidic. Calms down after the initial taste, revealing raspberry fruit and some menthol. Palate is medium, though a bit slick - coats the mouth nicely. Drying yeasty finish. Balances out nicely, while still maintaining a sharp sour bite.

Hazy red coloured beer, very little carbonation and an average white head. Fruity, raspberry aroma with some light sour touches. Full palate. Finish is sour fruity, again that typical raspberry touch with some fruitstone hints. Very nice.
