Pour is mostly clear ruby, red brown with a pinkish white 1 inch head that falls really fast. Aroma of acidic waxiness, barnyardy yeastiness, and some raspberry fruitiness. Taste is tart and sour, very acidic. Calms down after the initial taste, revealing raspberry fruit and some menthol. Palate is medium, though a bit slick - coats the mouth nicely. Drying yeasty finish. Balances out nicely, while still maintaining a sharp sour bite. Bart (1653), Brussels, Belgium
