Bottled. Hazy pink color, short frothy head. Aroma is extremely fruity of raspberry, slight tart, some barnyard. Taste is again very fruity with only some sourness. Very thick. Very nicely balanced.

Taste @ BA Release thanks to John (wetherel) Pours pink red with a bright white ring. The nose was huge, big spicy razy goodness. The taste was tart, sour, and weird something spicy herbal on the end. Damn good.

Bottle shared with, and courtesy of MartinT. Red tinged brown. Dark super sour aroma. Flavour is dark sour red fruit with a hint of sourness. Sour is not screaming but sinks in and lingers on the tongue.

Well another badass beer shared by JW77...hell yeah!! Pours a wonderful red color. Small head. Aroma is funky, fruity, tart and really smells a lot like cranberries and sour cherries. So drinking this is quite the experience. It is tart and sour but so fruity. Tingling in the mouth with tons of fruit and funk. Dry on the finish. This isn’t cantillon sour, but it is complex and really nice. Easy to drink. Thanks Jonathan.

Hellomynameis was good to share this rare beer. Bright red color, very impressive appearance on this beer. The intense aroma has wild yeast and a barnyard character with sour fruit that includes raspberry. Interestingly, this seems to be thick on the palate for a lambic. Excellent flavors, with fruit, fructose, and considerable sour flavor and more yeast. This is something special.

Bottled. Pours out in a hazy reddish oale colour with a low pink head. Strong acidic and fruity aroma of cherries, wood, wild raspberries, mild grapefruit, and fay. Dryish, acidic and fruity flavour of blackberries, cherries, wood and bretts. Long acidic and sourish finish of cherries, hay and wood. Damn nice!

Bottle. Rich reddish-purple beer with an off-white head. Dusty, raspberry, earthy, tart aroma. Tart, raspberry, duty flavor that turns sour. Medium body. Lingering earthy notes with raspberry and a nice sourness. Great complexity and very refreshing.

Pours a dark red color with a ring of white lace on top. The aroma is sour with raspberries, cherries and wild yeast. Very good flavor of raspberries, cherries and herbs, the sourness and funk is well dosed. The body is light with a dusty texture and gentle carbonation. This is a true 3 Fonteinen masterpiece, I look forward to see how it will evolve with time.
