Pours a lovely cherry red with an average size pinkish-white head. Aroma: Oh yeah! Sweet malt, funky yeast, tart raspberries, light spices, oak and light hops -- just awesome. Raspberry sour aroma with what seemed to be winter silage aroma from the old cold Wis days. Good raspberry flavor with a sourness to it. Also something in there couldn’t quite figure out what it was. Only minimal head. this is the second, or third time with this beer and I thought the head was bigger...may be mistakin’. Aroma is nice...Sour Cherries, rasberries and yeast...very pleaseant. Pours a bold ruby color; light pink head with solid lacing. Funky, cheesy aroma: lots of funk and tart red fruits (predominantly raspberries, with a bit of ripe cherries). Medium-to-full mouthfeel: funky cheese and ripe raspberries; relaxed tartness and overripe red fruit; dense, pleasantly funky lambic; medium, tart fruit finish.
