Medium body, dry as a bone with sour - albeit not Cantillon-sour - Brett and vinegar notes. Lightly earthy edge and again with an extremely dry and sour finish. Rather complex. 280907

Oct 6, 2007 75 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a huge white head. Slight sweaty aroma, citric to acidic, calssic lambic yet more softened off. Very wellbalanced acidic flavour with a slight sweetness. Wow.

Hazy deep golden. Aroma of barnyard and pineapple. Citric with very lively, champagne-like carbonation, creating a short, spritzy mouthfeel. Flavour of lemon & grapefruit juice. Has big aging potential.

Jun 2, 2007 Bottle 75 cl @ De Heeren van Liedekercke, Denderleeuw, Belgium. Hazy orange color with a large frothy excellent lacing fully lasting off-white head. Aroma is tart, grapefruit, lemon. Flavor is moderate sweet and heavy acidic with a long duration, rather sharp. (Dry finish). Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. Wow... ;o))

Jan 11, 2009 Bottle, 6.5%. Well-balanced fruity and dry aroma, grapefruity and refreshing. Like dry wood with a little acid. Cloudy orange colour. Very big stable white head. The flavour is much of the same with the fruit, grapefruity and dry wood, only with more acid, so it is even more refreshing. I had high expectations for this one, and I was not disappointed. Very balanced and drinkable. I could drink this for a long time and not get tired of it.

Aug 22, 2007 Bottled. Hazy orange colour, big creamy white head. Aroma is big sourness and earth along with some wooden hints. Flavour is very sour along with wooden hints. Big sourness in aftertaste. Really pleasant and lovely thing.
