Distinct acidity in the nose, but also fruit, barnyard, manure and horse sweat - all the usual Brett characteristics. Light body with lots of fruitiness, citrus - grapefruit in particular - and acidity. But actually surprisingly smooth and mellow. This is not the kinda gueuze that makes your tongue crumble. Aroma is barnyard and orange fruity. Light wood note. Flavour starts solid citric before a dry wooden note appears. Light orange fruity finish with a that classic brett/yeasty tartness. Dry and wooden yet smooth and fruity too - nice balance. omhper (12261), Stockholm, Sweden

Soft, lively and juicy with concentrated flavours. Acidic and ultra-complex, yet frefreshingly drinkable. A super premium gueuze. fonefan (11878), VestJylland, Denmark

Unclear - hazy orange color with a small, virtually none appearance, virtually none lacing head. Aroma is sour, apple, lemon - grape, wood, horse blanket. Flavor is moderate sour with a average to long duration, and a dry dry finish. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. Very nice (020208) MiP (9157), Sønderborg, Denmark

Firstly, the cork flew in the wooden roof, and almost broke it, so beware of high pressure. A bit hazy golden colour, mediumsized head. Aroma is sourness and fruits. Flavour is dry and sour oak. Extremely smooth to drink. Long sour fruitish aftertaste. Just superb! joergen (8627), Frederiksberg, Denmark
