Pours a dark purple color with a small pink head that soon recedes to nothing. The aroma is overtly sour with grapes, cherries and a bit of funk. The flavor is likewise very sour and tart with cherries, grapes and a hint of granny smith apple. The mouthfeel is light but satisfying with soft carbonation. The finish is short, dry and sour. I paired this with Comte cheese and they went together superbly. Overall: This is a very fine sour beer. Recommended. DarkMagus (433), San Jose, California, USA

Very sweet-and-sour, funky, fresh cherry aroma with a hint of the bretty, musty sourness to come... Flavors were ultra sour, very little sweetness, a nice dose of the fresh cherry flavor, and a tiny bit of bitterness. Lots of lingering funkiness, very mouth-watering stuff... the only thing stopping me from chugging it is the fact that it is RIDICULOUSLY SOUR. But still, perfect on a hot day, super refreshing, excellent stuff. Very tart, bone-dry finish. Can’t wait to have MORE... Bart (1664), Brussels, Belgium

Aromas of funk, sour cherries and oak fill your nose
Your taste buds are overwhelmed with the sour cherries and some green apple this is very much a sipper .If you are into sours you will love this one a little spritzy at first but give it a minute it chills out settling down to a fine Kriek
Like has been said before drinkable is not a word that I would associate with a sour. This brew is a fine sipper and great on a warm summer day .this brew is a tad expensive so I won’t be drinking many of them But I would drink it again

Pours deep blood-red with a small, fizzy pink-red head that disappears almost instantly. Aroma is mild, light lactic acid, some citric sour cherries and light toffee. LIght carbonation, nice mouthfeel. Flavour is soft as velvet, fresh cherries, light toffee. Some good lactic and citric tartness. Long finish, nice dryness. ukoolaid (572), Amherst, Massachusetts, USA
