| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jan 22, 2006 I probably would’ve rated this higher had there not been the prevalent odor of human swear in the aroma. Beautiful deep lavender body with a tall pink head that, alas, fades away too quickly. The aroma is sour cherries, wet hay, leather, wood.... and human sweat. Fortunately, that’s not in the flavor, Sour cherries, an acidic tartness, wood, and a mild bitterness. The finish is sour and refreshing. Good stuff, except for the human sweat.

| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 17/20 | Dec 27, 2005 Lightly hazy, bright red with a thin white head. Very sour front, mild chery aroma--the cherry is really controlled here with substantial funk. Very light notes of musty, hay, and overall lots of tingling sour fun! It still isn’t the best of the best of the best in lambics but it’s everything you need it to be.
