Jul 19, 2009 750 2006 bottle. Dark reddish brown with no head. Tart sour cherries aroma. Funky horse balls and wood and some sweet sweet and tart sour cherry preserves. No head, but fine beaded internal carbo. Well blended. Very good.

Jul 3, 2009 The aroma is sour, funky, and smells like a cherry scented urinal cake. The appearance is deep red with a foamy head. The flavor is like the aroma which is not good. The palate is smooth and thin. Overall this is not my thing I don’t like it.

Jul 3, 2009 the beer does a sour flavor, but it not go overly sour in a funky way. the raspberry is slightly with a mild jammy flavor. fizzy carbonation, good for what it is.

Jul 2, 2009 Deep burgundy red with a nice pink foam. Light spritzy cranberry aromas with a good dollop of salivating tartness. Crsip and sour in the mouth with good cherry and raspberry fruits. A hint of dry woodiness toward the end. A nice champagne fizz but maybe a touch heavier than I like my kriek. Delicious but not the best at all.

Jun 29, 2009 Almost no head, but persistent fine bubbles to the last sip. Has a clear red body like cherry jello. Funky, oaky, sour cherry aroma that really attracts fruit gnats for some reason. Quite sour on the tongue and teeth, but refined as well. Way too easy to drink down. A fantastic kriek.

Jun 20, 2009 Aroma: sour cherries/sour cherry pie aroma yum yum yummmmm. Pours a dark plum color not as cloudy as other krieks bu same flavor but a little more watery. Very enjoyable and loverly for the end of a meal.
