Mild pop to the "newcork". Bottled 2 December, 2005. Still pour of old dark grape juice. Sourness is still here with a old berry tartness in the aroma. There seem to be some hints of ammonia, horse blankets and old wood as well. A light tingle in the feel, that reminds me of Loerik. Dark tart cherries dominate the flavors with a acidic edge that works itself in mid sip. Dry finish and a somewhat simple tart raspberry flavor works its way in as well. Lightly tart, somewhat acidic, lacks much in feel. Decent, but things do not get pulled together.Either this needs 5+ more years or it is already past its prime.

Oct 5, 2008 Deep red with no head. Sweet cherry aroma, some wood, some sourness. Definitely not sour nor bretta’s tipycal aromas featured, but still a remarkably good kriek.

Sep 27, 2008 375mL Lot 01 Bottled Feb. 2005. Pours an orange-red with minimal head. Aroma is tart cherries and wood. Flavor is very sour cherries and wood at first. Finishes very dry and tart. Not very complex, you are overwhelmed by sour cherries with woody undertones. A slight sweetness in there towards the finish but not much else.

Sep 24, 2008 Pours quite reddish with a very small head. The aroma is quite tart and vinegary, share, some sour cherries, wild yeast and some wood. Thin body with little to no carbonation. The flavor starts with lots of tartness, sourness and cherries. The finish is more of the same. This is not very complex, especially from 3 Fonteinen, but what is there is what I like.

Sep 16, 2008 A dark red colored beer, with a reddies head, which disappears very quickly. The aroma of cherry fruits, with sweets and a little sour. The taste of sour cherries, wood. It has a long dry finish.

Sep 14, 2008 Gorgeus red colour. A dry cherryish tatse. Nice head. Well balanced sourness/sweetness. A bottle tatsed at Pikkulintu.
