on tap at the Backwoods Brewdown. LIghtly hazy golden in color. Aroma of sour apples, citrus zest, oak, and funk. Taste: sour apples, mild citrus, a good amount of oak, and some funky barnyard. somewhat earthy. Finishes sour with lingering lactic notes and lingering oak.

Caramelized straw colour. Relatively phenolic aroma with limey fruit notes and fresh wood. Tart and refreshing with a sugary kiss late. Rustic, yet perfectly approachable.

Flat hazed amber color. Aroma of apples and some phenols. Juicy thick and nice palate. Really smooth and delicious flavors and belie the odd aromas. Again with the apples, which mellow into wood. Then tannins and tobacco leaves come out. A really neat experience.

From tap at Ølsmagningen i Valhal. Pours slight unclear golden orange with no head. Dry wooden and smooth acetone aroma. Dry and solid sour initial flavour, really giving a bite. Holds a mild fruity accent to a dry acetone note following this as the smoothness sets in. Lasting wooden/acetone and fruity finish.
