| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Feb 15, 2007 Deep reddish pink, thin white head. Great nose of funked up sour cherry, horse blanket, and musty wood. Sour tart cherry and light oak flavors dominate, but doesn’t have the major pucker associated with the style. Light bodied, soft carbonation, sour cherry finish. Would be great on a hot summer day, but this cold NYC night would have to do. Thanks for sharing Eyedrinkale... | 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Feb 14, 2007 Deep murky pink-red with a small pinkish head. Heavy tart cherry aromatics with a phenolic tinge and woody mustiness. Bright acidic fruitiness, cherryskin, and a mellow wet hay component. Plasticy phenols and a faint cherry stone flavor in the finish, with a lingering well rounded tartness. Mouthfeel is a medium light, rather dry. AndreasJaeger (101), Helsingborg, Sweden

| 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Jan 21, 2007 Big thanks to Secret Santa for this one! Popped open for today’s NFL games. Pours a deep ruby with a hint of amber, slight pink head fades quick. Aroma of funky barnyard, a bit of cheese, and tartness. Flavor is initially sour fruit, immediately overwhelmed by barnyard funk with a touch of cheese, and a long, sour, almost vinegar finish that hints of cherries. Great stuff.
