Blind tasting @ Yespr. Red mahogany with a creamy head. The aroma has sweetness and notes of roasted malt, caramel and some dark fruits. The flavour has sweetness, notes of malt, some dark fruits like plum and raisin, a touch of butter, hints of licorice and the finish is slightly roasted and dry.

Light unclear amber color with a average, frothy, fair lancing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, roasted, spiced malt, sugar notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, and a dry dry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (300508)

Jun 2, 2008 Bottle #3: 75 cL bottle. Pours dark and unclear brown with a lacing tan head. Aroma is mild spiced and malty. Light initial fizzy mouthfeel. Solid bitterness lurking through a rather spiced malt base. Solid dry bitterness into the finish.
