Bottle 75 cl. [Mafioso testing @ yespr, thanks buddy] Huge egg-white like white head that mostly lasted. Excellent display of lacework. Cloudy golden color. Aroma of ginger, coriander, fruit, citrus, caramel. Over the palate came nice smooth aroma hops, mild apricot like. Light to medium bodied with an average carbonation and light dry texture. Moderated sweet light bitter flavor. Light dry and floral almost ashtray like bitter finish. 6 / 4 / 6 / 3 / 12 = 3.1

Sep 26, 2008 Bottiglia da 75cl divisa in quattro da Paola; a serata avanzata, quindi ne ho assaggiata davvero poca poca. Aroma e sapore dominati da delicati ma potenti sentori di luppolo; tuttavia la complessità si limita a questo e ci si ferma un po’ a chiedersi se sarebbe il caso di pretendere altro.

Unclear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lancing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, moderate hoppy, citrus, orange, light to moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (300508)

Aug 11, 2008 .75-liter bottle from A Tutta Birra, Milan. Light in body, long-lasting loose white head, wonderful spicy notes of clove and cinnamon under a fruity sweetness. (Below, barnyard and porcini scents.) Candied oranges, green grapes. Almost tarry in its aromatic depth, with a nicely bitter, generously hoppy finish. Cleansing sourness with a note of orange pekoe tea. A surprise stunner.

Jun 9, 2008 [Italian Blind tasting @ yespr, Bottle 4#] Hazy golden with large white head. Sweet aroma with hoppy adn yeasty notes. Sweet flavor with floral hops and pine needles. Ends bitter.

Jun 9, 2008 Blind tasting @ Yespr. Hazy, yellow-golden with a nice, creamy head. The aroma is a bit weak with notes of citrus, soap and caramel. The flavour is dry, slightly bitter with notes of grapefruits and other citrus, a light sweetness, caramel and it ends on a dry and spicy note.
