Clear gold color, bright white head, fair lace. Nose is malt, and that’s about it. Front is malt, top light, finish is ’Meknog River Mud’ dry, acidic, lightly hopped. Not enjoying this beer with a box oc ’C Rats’, dated 1967, a great menu, ’Ham and Lima Beans’, more affectionately called ’Ham and Mothers’. This beer did not make my current 1000 beer master list, ’C Rats’, scored a 4.1

Fairly average lager. Went really well with the spicy Vietnamese food I was eating.

Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect with my "33" Export from Vietnam. Overall, I am very picky when it comes to lagers, maybe because a truly good lager is so hard to find. Or maybe I’m just too picky. But, that isn’t to say I haven’t enjoyed some fabulous lagers over the years - Narragansett and Brooklyn Brewery for one.
A decent head of foam which lingers into a thin poufy layer resting on top as little bubbles trace their way up and down my glass as I drink this surprisingly very good lager. The citrusy zing of lemon, orange and a faint hint of sweet grass permeate the nose. A nice body for a lager, definitely not watered down in any way, with a weight reflective of the malts that are present. Smooth with a hint of sweetness, "33" Export glides down the throat with ease. hints of lemon and orange peek their way out around the malts, eventually becoming more evident near the end as pleasantly balanced hop crispness finishing my "33" Export.

Says it’s brewed in Vietnam. Pours well behaved for a crappy genuine American imitation pale lager. Piss golden yellow in color with an off-white thin-film head. Aroma of weak granny smith apples. Tastes like sugar water, high quality corn malt, and alcohol, the key words their being "high" and "quality", in the spirit of the words "great" and "quality" from china. The biggest thing that this beer has going for it is that it has alcohol in it, and you don’t have anything else left in the fridge. Seriously, why does anyone bother "brewing" crap like this? Because poor people have to drink too?

Clear golden blond coloured beer with small white head and medium carbonation. Slightly hoppy sweet aroma. Full little creamy palate. Finish is bit bitter and herby.
