unclemattie (1621), Georgia, USA Sep 4, 2008 01 May 08. Tap. Clear copper color. Clean malt aroma. Crisp malt flavor. Medium-light bodied. Finishes with an enjoyable sweetness. CaptainCougar (4664), Rockville, Maryland, USA May 10, 2008 On tap at the brewpub on 5/4/08: Transparent dark copper amber with a nicely-lacing frothy tan head. Aroma of sweet caramely German malt and some mild noble hops. Starts with decent fullness and sweet caramel maltiness with a good bittering hop balance before a smooth bittersweet finish with a touch of doughy yeast. A nice bock. BlackDonald (1039), North Carolina, USA Apr 6, 2008 Full bodied with a slightly nutty and biscuity nose. I found this to be extremely smooth and well balanced. A bit of caramel sweetness follows throughout every taste. Slightly dry and fruity in the finish. kp (6200), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Sep 1, 2007 Updated: May 23, 2008Date: 02/06/2003
