Jun 25, 2005 Clear, lemon yellow body and a pillowy white head. Floral, lime coriander in the aroma with a hint of orange peel and light clove-like phenols. Phenols come through more prominently in the flavor and become a touch too plastic. Dry with moderate bitterness, but the impression is more orange peel than hops. A solid wit and refreshing summer beer.

Jun 25, 2005 Draft. Medium straw yellow pour, very cloudy. Nice wheat malty aroma with corriander and citrus, including a light lemon hint. Decent body for style, but I found the corriander spice just a little too overbalanced. Nice orange notes in the flavor as well tho.

Jun 3, 2005 This is a very good witbier. The classic tastes of wheat, orange peel, corinader, and sourness from lactobacillus make this a joy to drink. Very good summer beer, ultra-refreshing. Highly recommended.

Jun 3, 2005 Light golden with thin white head. Very citrusy, tons of orange peel. Lively mouthfeel. The yeasty flavours are overwhelmed by the spices, not very well balanced. Still refreshing and easily drinkable.

May 7, 2004 Updated: Jun 23, 20056/22/05 rerate. Draft, half pint. Hazy golden raisin hue with a frothy, white head. Sweet orange, corriander, peaches, lemons (light), and pears (light). Moderately sweet, lightly acidic flavor becomes a lightly sweet, moderately acidic (tart) finish. Medium body, creamy texture, lively carbonation. The bottom line is: quite an enjoyable wit with a good balance of sweet/tart.
Orange and curacao aromas over typical wheat beer scents. A little watery, but a nice sweetness throughout. Good spices.

Apr 7, 2004 Hazy beer with white light head. Good citrus spicy aroma along with some creamy balanced wheat. The flavor is full of clove & phenol with spices. Finishes citrusy & spicy like a Christmas beer but light and refreshing like a summer beer. Good!

Jun 21, 2003 Updated: May 5, 2004Big creamy white head with an appropriately cloudy and pale yellow body. Nose is faint hint of coriander there. The taste is a bit sour up front, crisp wheat, light coriander, tastes more like lemon peel than orange peel though. Estery.
