Commercial Description:
In Köln, they drink it in little 0.2 liter glasses and they drink it fast. Our's is brewed in the traditional style with imported Kölsch yeast, a touch of Vienna and wheat malt and Hallertau hops. It has a light, quenching mouthfeel with a grainy, delicately bitter finish.

sampled at the brewery: very light, some bitterness. Basic yellow. An average beer and standard offering here. Watery,

TheDM and Hotstuff vacation brew 32. This draft brew was enjoyed at the brewery in Atlanta Georgia. Dennis, the owner, treated us royally. He kept bringing sample after sample to our table. We were given every courtesy and treated very well. Thanks to their fine staff. This brew poured a medium sized head of white colored long lasting fine to medium sized bubbles that left behind a uncarbonated transparent yellow colored body and an excellent lace. The aroma was very mild and almost non-existant. It had a smooth slightly tingly mouthfeel and a mild malt hop flavor.

Nice mellow light dough taste with mellow yeastiness and a light straw taste that’s clean clear, crisp and refreshing. Man, I could drink a bunch of these.

Draft at 5 Seasons. This beer had a small sized white head that was creamy and smooth with fine-small bubbles that mostly dissipated. The body was softly carbonated and transparent with a yellow-gold hue. The nose was hoppy and also of banana. The flavor was lightly bitter tasting and mildly hoppy. The mouthfeel was smooth and this beer was light bodied with a good lacing.

Very clear medium gold with a fleeting wisp of head. The beer was just put on and the brewer said he needed to up the carbonation, so that part may change for others. The malt flavor is surprisingly strong, a little bread in with the straw here. This makes for a better taste, but perhaps makes it a little less drinkable and less crisp. Light bitterness in the finish.

a clear yellow pour, this beer is a bit light on flavor. I’ve certainly had better examples of the style.

Clear gold, thin creamy white head. Nose held grassy notes, fruity and peppery tones, with a light breadiness late. Similar flavor that was grassy and peppery hops up front, very crisp throughout, and a light earthiness that rounds it out. Light bodied, medium carbonation, light fruity finish. Thirst quenching that was a nice example of the style…
