Commercial Description:
This is an American Version of a classic English ESB ale. Copper colored with a beautiful floral, citrus aroma from ‘dry hopping’ it with American Ahtanum whole leaf hops.

A m ostly clear copper color with some darkness to it and a small off-white head. The aroma had nice notes of citrus and caramel with some earthiness behind it. The flavor had a caramel malty start. The hops then kick in from middle to finish. The hops start citrusy the turn earthy. Semi-dry long moderately bitter finish.

Pours a clear copper with a wispy head. Orange fruit and pith aroma with a solid malt backing. All of this is followed up by a bitter finish.
