Commercial Description:
American Stouts are somewhat bigger, bolder versions of dry Irish stouts. Ours is filled with rich flavors of espresso and roasted coffee beans soon followed by dark, bittersweet chocolate. A firm bitterness cuts through the caramel sweetness of the malt. Black Hole American Stout is not just dark and opaque, it actually seems to absorb all light and matter that approaches it! So suck down a pint of the Black Hole before it sucks you in! <br /> Aged on a big bunch of dark oak chips soaked in Woodford Reserve Whiskey. Someone accidentally spilled some more Woodford Reserve in that cask too. Served on cask exclusively.

black, fine tan head, lots of lace, huge roasted coffee aroma, creamy velvet body, rich coffee flavor, lots of roasted, where is the oak and whisky?, just a touch of sweetness is all that comes from either the whiskey soaked oak chips or maybe vanilla from the oak, small oakyness in the bitterness profile becomes more promanint towards the bottom of the second pint,
